Three Pink Houses I'm doing in the EEF SAL with the EEF girls.
I really like how the pink looks on the dirty linen.

Pink Houses.
I really love how it comes along.
These EEF designs have something special. I can't tell what...???-- but they are funny to stitch and look exquiste when they are finished.
I'm sure I'll stitch some more of them!!!!

Yesterday I was in the mood to do some finishing. So I decided to finish House on the Holly Hock Hill into a pillow. I started sewing and don't laugh but for me sewing with the sewing machine is
something like to climb the Mount Everest.
I put the top together and really everything worked quilt well. After this I added some buttons, ribbon and lace and I was really happy that I was able to sew a straight line. Now I only had to sew
the back on the front, but this really became a disaster
First the needle broke, then I tried about 15 minutes to put the thread into the machine and 10 minutes more to put the thread into the needle. And it's really unbelievable after this I sewed the
right side of the back to the wrong sight of the front!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really was close to throw away my sewing inclusive the sewing machine. But I didn't give up and so finally at 11:30 pm the pillow was finished. (Will not tell you when I started it)
I went to bed and I thought never in my life I'll toutch a sewing machine again.
But when I wake up in the morning and looked at my little pillow which really fits perfectly in my kitchen.........???
Maybe I have to give a second chance to my sewing machine. Let' see!!

After I finished the Pink Hare Sampler by Ewe&Eye&Friends I decided to start another EEF design for the SAL with the "EEF girls".
I chose "Three Pink Houses" and did only a little progress on it.
First I thought this will be another quick design to stitch. But now I realized that the alphabet is worked one over one and there are a lot of eyelet stitches also. Not really my cup of tea on
dirty linen.
So I think this SAL is really necessary to keep stitching on it.

I almost finished the Pink Hare Sampler. And I think it will be finished soon. I only have to add the ribbon roses and I really like how it came along.
I absolutely like to stitch this EEF designs, so I don't want to leave this SAL. Have to think about what I want to start next and maybe I can show another progress picture of another EEF design in
14 days!

I just finished another EEF design, it's House on the Holly Hock Hill.
I started it last year, but when I came to the one over one stitching I stoped stitching on it.
Now I pulled it out and thought - Now or Never - and finished the stitching on it. It's stitched on 36 count linen with DMC threads.
Now I have to decid how to finish it. Maybe when I'll win the usual fight with my sewing machine (I'm really bad in sewing), it would become a nice pillow??!! Let's see how it will work.

I'm happy that I decided to join the Ewe&Eye&Friends SAL which Aprilblue is moderating. There are 13 "EEF girls" stitching 13 different EEF designs in a SAL.
I choose the Pink Hare Sampler and it's really funny and relaxing to stitch. I'm in this SAL with Angi , Aprilblue , Stephanie , Silvie , Cachou , Clob , VJ , Gig, Béné, Lulusix and Vero B .
And here's my first progress picture of this SAL.

Now I finished all the over two stitching on House on The Holly Hock Hill by Ewe&Eye&Friends, now I really like how it came along. But there is a great part of the one over one stitching left over!!
I'll finish the verse, which is over one on 36 count linen slowly step by step and letter for letter when my eyes are in a good mood :-)!!
But now I'm sure I'll finish it!

Finally I found some time to finish my "In The Pink" by Ewe&Eye&Friends.I got some suggestions how to finish it ( Thank you for this, I really love your commends ).
Now I finished it into a pincusion and here's the front
On the back I sewed two little pockets and I stitched some spots with the left over threads on them. I got the perfect fabric for finishing the back from Jodie some time ago! Thank you so much Jodie!!!!
And now I have a pincushion where I can put my scissor and my needlecase into!! I'm really happy with it!

Here´s my progress on the House on the Holly Hock Hill so far. Now I really like it how it comes along. I want to thank all the stitchers who encouraged me to continue stitching.
I´m only a little nervous how to manage the lot of one over one stitching on 36 count for the vers. But slow but sure it will work.
